Krystina brings you through a series of slow fluid movements that fire up all your muscles and leave you feeling awake and solid. The class begins by focusing on your glutes with bridge poses and moves into your core with leg raises and abdominal activation.
This class can help you slowly build or recover strength, restore, and work on range of motion.
This class uses a yoga mat and a yoga block. If you don't have access to a yoga block you can use a stiff pillow instead.
