Welcome to 25 minutes of winding down energy with Sasha. This is a Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga fusion class. This is is the perfect class to compliment a more vigorous Vinyasa class or to finish off a busy day. This class focuses mainly on stretching and does not include any intense, heat-building poses.
Optional Props: 2 blocks (or books), chip foam block (or pillow), a yoga strap (or scarf/robe tie) and a bolster (or cushion)
