Join Lisa for a gentle, cozy evening class. This class is inspired by the self-care practice of "cocooning". Cocooning is the act of staying home, bundling up, and caring for yourself. This means letting the stresses of the external world fade away, and focus on you.
In this Yin Yoga practice, you can expect to let gravity do the work. Using props like yoga blocks, cushions, bolsters, pillows, and blankets, Lisa will guide us though gentle poses to open the body and gentle ease tension.
