This is a super slow, feel-good Hatha class. Whether you are doing this before bed, or even any time of the day, sometimes it is so nice to find some time to just slow down. Have a chip foam block, or pillow, as well as a yoga strap, or robe tie, close by in case you need them.
Put on some comfortable clothes, light a candle, and enjoy this restful time for yourself.
