You may notice if you cycle a lot, that there are different parts of your body that start to feel tight. Jasmina designed this class to help stretch those muscles as well as build strength through the different movements.
Props: a Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, robe tie) and two blocks (or pillows, books).
