In this full body Hatha practice we explore Ayurveda "the Science of Life" specifically the "Vata Dosha" (prevalent in the autumn). Drawing inspiration from this ancient holistic system of wellness ~ often considered the "sister science" to yoga ~ we incorporate principles of balance and harmonizing with nature with grounding and calming asana and pranayama (breath work) to calm the mind and body, and bring in greater balance as we move through the changes of the autumn season.
