Power Intermediate class where you’ll build strength & balance as you work towards coming into a handstand.
You’ll benefits from having a couple of blocks at the top of your mat — if you don’t have blocks, you can use books or anything that provides supports while you move through the sequence.
As you move towards the peak pose (a handstand!), Jasmina will ask you to move towards a wall for support. She will guide you through the various options towards handstand — you might come into handstand, you might not. Just have fun with it, do your best and see how strong you already are!
