This is a circuit-style class that includes a short warm-up. Naomi is using two sets of weights for this class, a lighter set (8lbs) and a heavier set (10lbs). Feel free to grab some weights if you have them, find something at home you can use to add some weight to your workout or do this one with bodyweight only.
