Join Aili for a Core Conditioning Flow class that's just over 45 minutes! This class will be focusing on the core and how important it is throughout our practice as we move. We will be doing some core & abdominal exercises to specifically ignite that area of the body, but we will also be focusing on engaging the deeper muscles of the core like the muscles around the spine and the transverse abdominals.
Aili will also bring a lot of awareness to the feet, the tongue placement, and the breath in this class.
Props: A Blanket (or socks/a towel for wood floors. If you have carpet grab 2 Tupperware container lids/paper plates so you can slide your feet). Also, bring a block (or book or pillow).
