This class focuses on core, glute, and shoulder stability, maximizing the 45 minutes to provide a challenging full-body workout.
This class uses a yoga mat and yoga blocks. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a stack of books, or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
Alison also offers the addition of one free weight should you choose to add resistiance. Alison is using three pounds, but select whatever works best for you. If you don't have a free weight at home, you can use food cans, a water bottle, or anything else that provides you with the desired sensation.
