Join Hana for a 45-minute workout using a chair! This is a really fun way to spice up your at-home workout routine and incorporate a new prop that everyone has access to - a chair!
We will use the chair to help with balance but also to enhance some movements you might already be used to doing. If you're able to, play your chair against a wall!
