Join Jayme for an evening Hatha class for a Better Sleep. Jayme invites you to bring some props into this practice as you prepare for sleep. These aren't required but will be useful in this gentle practice. Hatha Yoga is a slower sequence of held postures to gain flexibility and strength. This will be a more Gentle Hatha-style practice.
Props: 2 blocks, a yoga strap, and a chip foam block or at-home alternatives like pillows and rolled-up blankets, and a robe tie/scarf in replacement of a yoga strap.
