These aren't required but will be useful in this gentle practice. Hatha Yoga is a slower sequence of held postures to gain flexibility and strength. This will be a more Gentle Hatha-style practice.
Props: 2 blocks, a yoga strap, and a chip foam block or at-home alternatives like pillows and rolled-up blankets, and a robe tie/scarf in replacement of a yoga strap.
