Join Miguel for a Yoga Nidra for General Healing class. Whether you are struggling emotionally or physically, this practice will help us to feel more rested and connected with ourselves. In Yoga Nidra, you may fall asleep, and that's totally okay! Your body may need the rest. If you can stay awake, Miguel will guide us through a focus on the colour "rose" which is a very healing colour for stress.
