Mari offers an all-levels flow class with modifications and variations for everyone's practice. This sequence invites you to move with your breath through a series of strengthening chaturangas, side planks, and opening twists. After building some heat you'll open up your hip flexors and chest in poses like camel and supported bridge.
This class uses a two yoga blocks, yoga mat, and a strap (if your practice needs it). If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow, large cans, a towel, a stack of books or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
