This is 20 minutes of movement with Hana! This class is designed for folks getting back into working out, so it is an express class that packs just the right amount of movement into a limited time.
Here is what you can expect: a short warm-up, 2 exercise routines that are three minutes each (repeats twice). This is a total of 12 minutes of strength and cardio, followed by a stretch and cool down.
Weights: this class can be done with just bodyweight! Alternatively, you can include some weights if you have them. Hana is using a lighter set of weights for the arms, and a heavier set for the legs.
