Join Naomi for a 40 minute HIIT Cardio & Strength workout. This is a full-body workout with no repeats. This is a great workout for days when you are feeling a little sluggish because there's always a new exercise coming next.
Each exercise will be done 1x through and we will be working for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest.
