Gentle Hatha

30m
Release muscle tension and soreness in this Gentle Hatha practice.
This class uses a yoga mat, yoga bolster, and dowel. If you don't have a bolster at home, you can use a stiff pillow, or a wrapped-up blanket. If you don't have a dowel, you can use a broom handle or rolling pin. Use anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
