Enjoy a 60 minute hip-opening Flow yoga practice with Jasmina. In today's Flow class, we will focus on outer hip strengthening and opening. Flow yoga is a dynamic sequence of poses where we synch our movement with our breath. This class will feature a balance of heat-building, strengthening poses, and stretching, relaxing poses.
Suggested props: blocks (or books), a yoga strap (or robe tie/belt), and and padding for your knees if you have sensitive knees (like a pillow or blanket).
