Welcome to 30 minutes of Yoga with Alia Mai. In this class, you can expect hip-opening and core-strengthening poses. There will be guided breath, modifications, and a short rest at the end.
This all-levels class includes music in the practice for you to enjoy.
No props are required, but please have blocks (or pillows/books) close by if you need them.
