Join Emily for fa 35 minute mat pilates practice! Designed to target your full body, this class also strengthens and stretches your hips.
This class uses a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and sliders. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow or stack of books. If you don't have sliders at home you can use a face cloth. Use anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
