Jason Hagemeister

Jason is a YYOGA yin, power, flow and hatha teacher. Expect a fun and informative class suitable for all levels.

Jason began practicing yoga over 20 years ago in an effort to find some balance in his busy life and law practice.

He met his wife, Kelly, in 2001 and then went on to open Flow Yoga Studio, create the Flow Teacher Training Program and produce the TV program ‘Flow Yoga with Kelly and Jason’.

Over the years he has maintained a steady practice in a variety of types of yoga and considers himself to "have been very fortunate to have learned from the many amazing teachers and students at Flow".

Firmly grounded in the Krishnamacharia lineage, Jason draws from the many rich traditions of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vijnana, Sivananda, Vinyasa Flow and Anusara Yoga.
