What can students expect from your class?
I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago in an effort to find some balance in my busy life and law practice. My wife, Kelly, and I met in 2001 and would go on to open Flow Yoga Studio, create the Flow Teacher Training Program and produce the TV program ‘Flow Yoga with Kelly and Jason’. Over the years I have maintained a steady practice in a variety of types of yoga and have been very fortunate to have learned from the many amazing teachers and students at Flow.
These influences have helped Kelly and I to develop their particular version of 'Flow' Yoga. Firmly grounded in the Krishnamacharia lineage, we draw from the many rich traditions of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vijnana, Sivananda, Vinyasa Flow and Anusara Yoga.
