Kevin grew up competing in martial arts and various team sports. He's coached performance at every level but what he's really passionate about is helping people rewire themselves for fitness success. Working out with Kevin, you will use any and all tools at your disposal to get a good sweat, have rock solid posture, and great range of motion. On the transformational side, Kevin's tools and strategies will help you have a breakthrough in fitness and finally be fit forever.
