This Hatha yoga sequence with Kate is the perfect way to release tight muscles if you've been sitting for most of your day. This could be used as a way to release tight muscles on your lunch break at the office or if you've been traveling in a car or a plane.
Kate offers an incredible and unique sequence that can help soften and release. Hatha is a slower practice that emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body.
This class is also travel friendly and can be practiced with modifications on a plane!
You'll need a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a chair. If you don't have blocks with you, you can use a stiff pillow, a stack of books, or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
