    Join Lisa for a short meditation to observe your thoughts. This meditation includes a focus on your breath. It will help you notice the ebb and flow of your thoughts and emotions. We won't try to change our thoughts, we will simply let them pass through us.

  • Fast Paced Pilates (30 min) - with Alison Klektau

    Join Alison for a quick Pilates class. This is a fast-paced Pilates class that includes high reps and fuses Pilates with fitness. It's a full-body, higher intensity class where you will feel the burn and get sweaty.

  • Summer Solstice Flow (60 min) - with Rebecca Hollingworth

  • Half Moon Power-Flow (45 min) - with Mikaela Millington

    Join Mikaela for a fun and fiery Power Flow class. You can expect to move dynamically, flow with your breath, and build heat in the body. Mikaela suggests having a block close by for "Half Moon" pose to help achieve optimal alignment.

  • Mindful Hatha (30 min) - with Lisa Sanson

    Join Lisa for a quick Hatha Yoga practice. In this class, Lisa offers you the space to just be. Notice your thoughts and breath into them. Send yourself love, compassion, and let go of what no longer serves you.

  • Warrior 3 Hatha Yoga (50 min) - with Jayme Burke

    Join Jayme for a Hatha Yoga practice. This class works toward Warrior 3 pose. This pose contains hip-flexor opening, balance, and a strong midline/core focus. To help with balance, have some yoga blocks (or sturdy books, water bottles, etc) close by.

  • Lengthen & Strengthen (45 min) - with Hana Weinwurm

    Join Hana for a balanced class of both strength-building moves as well as lengthening, stretching poses. This class includes a warm-up, a 35-minute combination of strength (using weights) and stretches, as well as a 5-minute core focus and a cool down.
