This yoga practice is a mindful Vinyasa Flow that is based on a therapeutic approach called "Acceptance & Commitment Therapy". This class is all about accepting the now, and committing to yourself moving forward. Take this sentiment with you into the world as you complete the final day of your Self-Love Retreat.
Through this practice, notice where you are at (physically, mentally, emotionally), and simply accept it. Accept the thoughts, emotions, and feelings that come up, then commit to something that is important to you moving forward.
