Welcome to your Day 3 Meditation of your Digital Retreat!
You are MAGNIFICENT!
On your final day, we take what we've learned yesterday and emerge into the world with newfound compassion for ourselves. Be sure you have your journal closeby, and that you have received your "Day 3" Digital Retreat email.
STEP 1: Listen to this Meditation
This is the first class you do on Day 3, and the last meditation of the series. Find a comfortable seat to really relax. Light some candles or turn on your diffuser, grab pillows, cushions, or blocks (whatever you prefer) and settle into your comfortable position. Listen to the words Hillary says and let them sink in. Acknowledge any negative thoughts that into your mind, and consciously choose to change them for more loving thoughts.
STEP 2: Journaling
After this meditation, open your journal and bring up your Self Love Digital Retreat "Day 3" email. This email contains special Journal prompts for you to write down and answer as truthfully as you can. Take all the time you need on this.
