Join Mikaela for a Challenging Core Power Class and get ready to sweat! This class is just as the title sounds, it's a Power-Vinyasa style practice with a lot of deep core weaved into it. We will be exploring challenging, dynamic movement throughout this class and especially into our standing sequences. After all that heat, we will cool it down and have a nice relaxing stretch at the end of class.
