Build strength, stability, and mobility in this focused 30-minute hatha yoga practice with Bernadette. Designed to support the health of the ball-and-socket shoulder joint, this session blends mindful movement with functional strength work to help you feel more supported and spacious through your upper body.
This class uses a yoga mat, yoga blocks and a yoga strap. If you don't have a strap at home you can use a belt, a scarf or anything similar that supports your stretch. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a stack of books or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
