In Barre Bootcamp, you're working in a muscular endurance range doing lots of small, controlled movements. Inspired by ballet and dance traditions, you'll be working on flexibility and stamina, creating long lean muscles.
It's okay if you're not getting every posture perfect when you start. It's about getting stronger every time you do it!
