Use weights (or whatever you have at home!) to push, pull, lunge, and squat your way to functional fitness with this low impact sequence that emphasizes core strength and conditioning.
This is an all levels class. Shoes are optional, whatever feels best for you. At any point feel free to do any of the exercises without weights, again whatever feels best for you. Enjoy!
