Join Crystal for this Root to Rise Hatha Class. This is a 45 minute, grounding yoga practice. The idea in this practice is to nurture, rest, and go inward. We will get into the hips, which represent earth energy, and then work into the core and finally into the heart, for heart-opening poses.
Optional Props: A block (or book/pillow) and a yoga strap (or robe tie, scarf, belt).
