Do down dogs hurt your hands or wrists? This is a modified yoga flow that helps ease pressure on the wrists. This Flow class avoids postures that put a lot of weight on the wrists and instead focuses on standing and seated postures that are easy on the wrists. You can still expect mindful movement with the breath, and a dynamic sequence of postures, with more mindfulness and care to that area of the body.
