Miguel says that, according to Yogi traditions, the heart possesses certain qualities that are innate in human beings. For some of us who have a lot of stress or complications in our life, we can feel blocked from accessing those innate feelings of joy, enthusiasm, or an appetite for life.
We want to ignite a change for us to be able to be open to these feelings. Miguel hopes that the movement and the guided heart meditation in this class can help to change your feelings in a positive way.
