Yoga Nidra for Energy & Vitality (15 min) - with Miguel Lopez de Lara
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
•
15m
Join Miguel for a 15 minute Yoga Nidra practice. If this is your first time doing Yoga Nidra, find a quiet, dimly lit space to lay down. If you tend to get cold, you should cover yourself with a blanket but leave your hands facing up outside of the blanket. If you need something to rest your head on, you can put a light blanket under your head to lift your chin just slightly (not a pillow). Lastly, practice this Yoga Nidra class laying on a hard surface (not your bed) so that you can stay awake and in the meditation without falling asleep.
