Prepare to sweat! Build strength and balance through 75-minutes of a dynamic and challenging sequence of postures with Aili.
Today we will dive into our hips and get them moving freely, to open up and release any tension and tightness you might be feeling. Feel free to challenge yourself, or rest whenever you need throughout the practice. This will be a vinyasa practice with lots of movement, so go your own pace and have fun!
