Welcome to Power & Mythology with Crystal. Today we are going to practice the teachings of Sage Bharadvaja. In this class, Crystal will enlighten you with stories of Bharadvaja, his life, and the Vedas.
After this Mythology piece of the class, Crystal will lead you through a Power class where we will build heat, move fluidly, and synchronize our breath with movement.
No Props are required but have a block close by in case you need it.
