Join Deb for this fun & playful 60 minute Power Yoga class. This is an Intermediate Power yoga practice (because it contains arm balances). If you want to try out this class, but don't have an arm balance practice, feel free to adjust those parts of the class to fit your comfort level.
This Power yoga practice will include dynamic movement synchronized to breath. No props are required, but please feel free to have some blocks (or books/pillows) near by if you need them.
