Calling all Intermediate Yogi's! Join Vanessa for a class all about binds & balance. There will be lots of opportunities in this practice to play with your arm balances and inversions. This class will also feature a number of different binding poses. These will be great to help open the body as well as help us with our balance.
Flow yoga contains fluid, dynamic movement synchronized with breath. With this class featuring some more challenging poses, remember to pull back and modify where ever you need to.
Props: Vanessa suggests having a strap close by in case you need it (for all of the binds). You can also use at-home alternatives like a robe tie or scarf.
