After almost two decades of yoga teaching, Shelley Tomczyk's classes are designed to enhance and uplift one’s practices, vitality and relationship to self and others.
Shelley offers a deep study of bio-mechanical alignment, how to expand the boundaries of your personal yoga practice and gain clarity in your life with meditation.
With an extensive background in counseling and numerous forms of yoga practice, Shelley draws from a synthesis of asana, philosophy and direct experience, all aimed at helping you access your inner wisdom and enjoyment of the body.
