    Join Jasmina for a 60-minute Power-Flow practice! This is an intermediate Power/Flow style class that will work towards Compass Pose. This is a dynamic class that synchronizes breath to movement and helps gain strength as well as flexibility. 
Props: Please have some blocks close by if you need some additional help bringing the floor to you. At-home alternatives could be cans of soup, books, or anything else to help stabalize you.
