Are you experiencing anxiety? Perhaps you experience it in your thoughts, emotions, or in your physical body. In this class, Shelley will guide you through a meditation in hopes to alleviate some of it.
You'll start with a few nourishing poses to warm up the body and prepare for meditation. You'll work on letting go of anxious thoughts and focussing on your breath.
A yoga strap will come in handy. If you don't have one, you can use a bath robe belt, a rope or something of that nature.
