This is a 35-minute full-body strength-building class. Naomi will take us through a series of AMRAP's in today's workout. "AMRAP" stands for "as many rounds as possible". We will have six different circuits to work through, and each circuit will be 3 minutes in length. There will be two exercises per circuit, working for 10 reps, and we will work continuously through those 3 minutes. There will be 30 seconds of rest between circuits.
Props: 2 sets of weights (one heavier for legs and one lighter set for arms), and a block (or book).
