Looking for a high-intensity class that is easy on the knees and wrists? This class was made for you!
This is an interval cardio workout that contains low impact and wrist-friendly movements. This class is a fully standing class (no planks or pushup positions) and it includes a warm-up. Naomi will do a demonstration of all 11 of the movements slowly first before we begin the class. Each high-intensity exercise will be done for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest, and we will repeat that circuit 3 times.
No props are required, but get ready to sweat!
