It's leg day! Naomi's 30-minute workout is the perfect class if you're looking to tone, shape, and strengthen your lower body. Push yourself where you can, add weights, or simply use your body weight. No matter what you choose, we promise you'll feel the burn.
Naomi makes sure you're completely warmed up and focused on your alignment before picking up your weights. Get ready for high rep and lightweight squat variations, glute kickbacks, bridges and lunges. All these moves are paired together to give you a good burn and get your heart rate up.
Naomi uses dumbbells and a yoga block in this class. if you have them, grab a set of 3 pound and 5 pound weights. If you don’t have weights, you can use anything you have at home, including cans of soup or water bottles. If you don't have a yoga block, a towel or small pillow is a great option.
