Hillary teaches an incredible YHot class, and accompanies this set sequence with sound bowls to take the experience to the next level. Practicing YHot can be great, whether you're in a heated room or not, to continue to work on a set serious of poses to help you build strength and flexibility.
This class does not need to be practiced in a heated environment. If you want to crank up the heat, you can practice near a fireplace or turn up the heat in the room you're practicing in.
No props are required for this class.
