This Feel Good Flow is an accessible flow practice that will have you moving your body continuously to get your blood circulating. Flow yoga uses a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement. After this class, you'll leave your mat feeling centered, relaxed, and strong. Grab your mat, and 1-2 blocks (or pillows/books) if you need them.
