Join Connor for a 60 minute Slow Burn for Hips class. Slow Burn is a style that builds strength, balance, and flexibility through a creative sequence of Hatha Yoga postures. This practice is meant to challenge both the body and the mind. In this class, Connor will be focusing on opening the hips.
No props are required for this class, but please have some blocks (or books/pillows) nearby if you know you have tight hips and may need some extra space to open up.
