Join Krystina for a 60 minute Power & Chill class. This is a Power practice followed by an extended, guided savasana and meditation. Through Power Yoga, we will build heat in our bodies through dynamic movement to gain strength. The fiery part of our practice is always complimented by moments of rest and stretch.
This class includes extended moments of rest and stretch at the end to allow you to go inward and relax after a fiery, flowy practice.
No props required - but feel free to have some blocks (or pillows/blocks) nearby if you need them.
