Chelsea’s classes begin with a focus on the foundation of her movement philosophy - creating energy in the core targeting the whole body in a fluid motion of movement and discovering muscles previously unexplored. Challenge conventional movement and discover new ways to work your body that will leave you feeling stronger, balanced and aligned.

How do you wish your students to feel after your class?
Longer, stronger, successful, more connected to there bodies.
Why did you begin practicing?
I began practicing pilates because it was in a time slot that fit my schedule at the yoga studio I practiced at. I fell in love with the connection it gave me to my deep musculature system and how quickly it changed me from the inside out. Providing my body with strength and the ability to move with more ease and grace.
How has your practice impacted your life?
Pilates completely changed my life. By drawing a deeper connection to the muscles and strength that lie deep within me.
